The Qiqavik and Parent property are early stage gold exploration project and only limited work hasbeen completed to date on the property. In 2015, 2016 & 2017, Orford Mining Corporation completed exploration programs including ground magnetic and IP surveys, 3,012 till samples, 1,294 surface rock samples and 3,272.5 metres of drilling in 29 drill holes. This work led to the identification of 4 main high grade gold and copper occurrences along a 40 kilometres trend (Map 1) with various other potential target occurrences which require more work. Esperance : The Esperance area consists of Au +/- Ag +/- Cu mineralization traced over 3 km in a shear zone hosting disseminated to massive sulphides in mafic volcaniclastics and sediments. Abundant surface rock samples collected from boulders and sub-crops assayed between 2.5 and 31.9 g/t Au and up to 10.3% Cu. This mineralization is coincident with a chargeability anomaly extending over 3 kilometres, and with multi-elements (As, Bi, Sb, W) anomalies in till. Proximal to Esperance are additional targets: • Horizon Zone (5.62 g/t Au & 0.38% Cu) on a potential secondary structure to the North of Esperance • Several additional chargeability trends parallel to the main Esperance structure associated with Au mineralization (Figure 7.16) Aurora: The Aurora area consists of Au +/- Ag mineralization associated with weakly mineralized quartz veins set in fine-grained granite. Abundant surface rock samples collected over 200 metres assayed between up to 189 g/t Au. The host granite can be traced over 600 metres and the mineralization is coincident with gold anomalies in till samples extending over 2 kilometres. The Aurora central and west finds grading 457g/t Au (with visible gold) and 1.15g/t respectively and are the possible extension of the Aurora mineralization of 1.7 km to the West Focused Intrusive: Proximal to the Aurora trend, is the Focused Intrusive which was identified in 2016 by a Au till anomaly. The 2017 mapping program identified several gold anomalies along the contact of the intrusive on the east side of the area with the highest values reported 8.93 g/t Au on sample 66754 and 4.25 g/t Au on sample 66773. Central Qiqavik: The Central Qiqavik occurrence consists of a series of boulders with Au mineralization in mineralized quartz veinlets hosted in sheared and silicified granodiorite. Assays from boulders returned 113.96 g/t Au. The highest grading cluster of boulders sits in the southern boundary of the granodiorite intrusion (Figure 6.5). The granodiorite is a large intrusion currently mapped to be approximately 6X1 km. Only the most easterly 2 km have been mapped in the previous programs which have resulted in the identification of several mineralized structures both inside and outside of the intrusion. Gerfaut: The Gerfaut area consists of Au - Ag +/- Pb +/- Zn mineralization associated with silicified, dolomitized and K- altered mineralized volcaniclastics. Some samples, assaying between 1.03 and 198 g/t Au, were collected from boulders and felsenmeer over 8 kilometres, their range being coincident with a magnetic crest. Historic diamond drill hole returned 3.08 g/t Au over 10.50 metres. In 2017, several boulders concentrated in 100 m2 reported high gold anomalies associated with polymetallic mineralization and visible gold were identified. A possible source for the boulders was identified up ice (to the south). One subcrop located 350 meters south reported 4.65 g/t Au with 0.23% Pb. Summary: Based on field observations and petrographic study, more than one specific genetic deposit model could be involved to characterize the different mineralized zones. Additional studies are required to better understand the mineralization setting, with the current understanding of the property, the orogenic gold and metamorphosed gold-bearing polymetallic epithermal deposit are possible applicable models. The Qiqavik property is located in a remote and isolated area of Northern Quebec. Logistics and weather conditions in this area remain a significant Challenge. However, the two active mines, the intensive exploration work completed by several companies in the last decades, including the exploration programs completed by Orford Mining Corporation in the area since 2015, confirm that these challenges are manageable. Based on the work completed to date and the results leading to the identification of new high-grade gold mineralized zones along a 40 kilometres trend and on the fact that the Qiqavik property is under-explored, further exploration work is warranted.
